You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. For safety and quality reasons, used or damaged items may not qualify unless they arrived defective.

Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect the product. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund β€” including shipping costs.

For non-defective returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
